I connected with Shane a few years ago as a mortgage broker where he was the listing agent on a purchase. The original lender the buyer was working with couldn’t close and I was contacted by the lender to help, so I stepped in and got the loan to closing. Since then Shane and I have stayed in touch and have worked together/became friends. After having my first child it was time to start looking at bigger places so Shane was the first person I reached out to, he happened to be partnered up with a builder so we decided to start looking for land to build on, within 60 days of starting the search we had closed on an acre of land with building plans for a new home to be completed late next year.
